Return & Refund Policy

At Missskinfit, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver products with care. Since our products fall under personal use and cosmetics, we maintain a careful returns and exchange policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received a damaged or defective product at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetics.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Process for Return/Exchange

  • Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp/Email within 3 days of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear pictures of the product (and packaging, if damaged).
  • Once approved, our team will guide you on how to return the product.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in case of wrong or defective items that cannot be replaced.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after inspection.
